    Jin-kang Park is an installation artist and sculptor, living and working in New York City.  Her work reflects on her own experience and on an interest in the fragility of human relations and emotions and often explores interaction with the audience.  Her recent exhibitions include in Gallery Korea in NYC, X Initiative, Stony Brook University Art Gallery, Hunter College/Times Square Gallery, the Living Theater, Lawrence Alloway Memorial Art Gallery as well as in several galleries in South Korea.
     Jin-kang was born in Seoul, Korea and moved to New York in 2005 after graduating from Korea National University of arts with a BFA in visual art.  She holds an MFA from Stony Brook University, where she also taught undergraduate drawing classes for two years.  She has also acted in seven independent short films, which won a number of awards and nominations in international film festivals.
